905.18 STREET LIGHTING IN COMMERCIAL AREAS.

When it is determined by Council that street lighting is necessary in a commercial area, or when it is requested by property owners in such areas, it will be the policy of Council to order lighting installed after giving notice according to law to all property owners affected.
