741.01 FEES; EXEMPTIONS.
   The fees for inspection, testing, supervision and control of pollution are as set forth herein.
   (a)    Fees. The fees for the examination, handling, inspection, review and storage of applications for Environmental Protection Agency Permit to operate or registration for each air contaminant source within the jurisdiction of this chapter shall be on an annual basis as follows:
 
(1)    For fuel-burning equipment.

      (5)    For gasoline dispensing facilities which dispense more than 120,000 gallons per year from stationary storage tanks into motor vehicle gasoline tanks, the annual fee shall be twenty-five dollars ($25.00).
   (b)    Exemptions.
      (1)    No fee imposed under this section may be charged the State or any political subdivision thereof, including educational facilities or medical facilities owned by the State or a political subdivision.
      (2)    No fee imposed under this section may be charged any person exempted from taxation by Ohio R.C. 5709.07 or 5709.12.
      (3)    If a fee is paid to the State for an Ohio Environmental Protection Agency Permit to operate, the fee listed in this section shall be reduced by the amount paid to the State for that year.
   (c)    The fees listed in this section shall be paid annually and are due during the first quarter of the calendar year, but no later than March 31.
