737.28 ADVERTISING ON TAXICABS.

Subject to the rules and regulations of the Mayor or his designee, no person owning or operating a taxicab or motor vehicle for hire shall permit advertising matter to be affixed to or installed in or on such taxicabs or motor vehicles for hire.
