No taxicab permit shall be issued or continued in operation unless the holder thereof has paid an annual permit fee based upon the number of taxicabs operated in the City and in a recognized municipality as follows:
Number of Taxicabs Fee 75 or more $ 750.00 20 to 75 150.00 10 to 20 100.00
Less than 10 10.00 per cab |
The permit fee shall be for the calendar year and shall be in addition to any other fees or charges established by proper authority and applicable to the holder or the vehicle or vehicles under his operation and control.
