731.04 FENCES; INSPECTION; INSURANCE.
   Areas used for the purposes specified in Section 731.03 shall be:
   (a)    Enclosed with a fence, chain link or equal, not less than six feet high and provided with a locked gate or gates;
   (b)    Subject to inspection by the Fire Chief and the Mayor or his designee or the authorized representative or representatives of such officers, at all reasonable times; and
   (c)    Covered by a policy or policies of public liability insurance from a responsible casualty company or companies insuring the owner and/or operator thereof against claims for injuries to persons or property with minimum limits of one hundred thousand dollars/three hundred thousand dollars ($100,000/$300,000) for injury to persons and one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for damage to property. A certificate of such insurance shall be furnished with the application for the permit herein required and such policy or policies shall provide that the same shall not be cancelled or the coverage thereof reduced from the limits specified herein without ten days prior notice to the Clerk- Auditor.
