729.08 REVOCATION OF CERTIFICATE.
   A certificate of registration issued under this chapter may be revoked by the City Administrator or his authorized representative upon determination that:
   (a)   The licensee directly or indirectly makes or perpetrates any misstatement, deception, or fraud in connection with any solicitation or peddling for any purpose in the City or in any application or report filed under this chapter.
   (b)    The registrant is convicted of a felony violation or misdemeanor violation involving moral turpitude, theft, fraud, force or violence, which include but is not limited to offenses described in Exhibit A.
   (c)    The registrant violates any provision of this chapter.
   (d)   Who is under the age of eighteen (18) years of age
   (e)   The licensee has altered the information set forth on the face of the license or has used the license with knowledge that it has been altered;
   (f)    The licensee has failed to use good judgment in addressing residents and has used inappropriate and unacceptable language when engaging in door-to-door solicitation.
   (g)    The licensee has entered upon the premises of a residence for the purpose of proposing a commercial transaction at hours other than those permitted by the express terms of the license.
   (h)    The licensee has entered upon the premises of a residence with actual or constructive knowledge that the occupant of that residence does not invite solicitors or peddlers to the premises;
   (i)    The licensee permitted another to use the license.
   (j)    The licensee has been convicted of a felony offense or of a misdemeanor offense involving moral turpitude subsequent to the issuance of the license.
   (k)    The licensee has entered upon the premises of a residence for the purpose of proposing a commercial transaction when not in possession of the license or has failed or refused to display the license when requested to do so by the occupant of that residence.
   (l)    The licensee has failed or refused to exhibit the license to a law enforcement officer when requested to do so at any time during which the licensee is engaged in door-to-door solicitations.
   (m)    The licensee has operated the business in a manner which demonstrates a disregard for the ordinances of the City and laws of the State and such disregard creates a condition which is offensive to the preservation of public health, safety, morals, peace or general welfare;
   (n)    For any good cause shown.
