720.06 FORMS FOR MONTHLY MANIFEST REPORTS.

Each operator of any hazardous waste landfill facility located within the City shall keep complete and accurate records and manifests of the amount, type and volume of hazardous waste disposed within such facility each day. Such forms shall be provided by the Clerk- Auditor and the monthly remittance of permit fee along with such form shall be filed with the Clerk- Auditor on or before the twenty-fifth day of each month for the previous month's report.
