Whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than three hundred dollars ($300.00) or imprisoned not more than ninety days, or both.
Each day such violation exists shall constitute a separate offense. Any dump operated or maintained in violation of the provisions of this chapter shall constitute a nuisance and the City may, in addition to the penalty set forth in this section, maintain any proper action for the abatement of such nuisance.
