719.02 PERMIT APPROVAL.

The Mayor or his designee shall send copies of applications and items attached thereto to the following departments of the City for their approval and/or recommendations:

(a) Director of Public Service

(b) Fire Division

(d) Health Officer

(e) Pollution Control officer

Before the Mayor or his designee issues a permit, all the departments listed herein shall first give their approval in writing. He shall then submit the application to Council for its final approval.
