To ensure continuing compliance with this legislation, any permits issued to place, construct, or modify telecommunications facilities pursuant to this legislation are subject to annual review, and such telecommunications facilities are subject to annual inspection, by the Inspection Department, at the successful applicant's cost. Any other annual inspection reports required by any state or federal agency shall be filed with the Commissioner of Building and Zoning.
