The Police Department shall be responsible for issuance of written notices on a monthly basis of false alarms to the owner of any premises which has generated two or more false alarms in any calendar month. The Director of Public Safety shall notify the City Finance Department of the amount of the fee to be collected. It shall be responsibility of the Finance Department to collect all fees.
