(a) No person being the keeper, owner, manager or having control or direction of any building, enclosure, tent or place within the limits of the City, where any alcoholic beverages of any kind are sold, given away or furnished for consumption on the premises, whether or not the beverages are, in fact, consumed on the premises, shall permit any child, actually or apparently under the age of eighteen years, to enter, be or remain in the building, tent or place or to operate any gambling devices or mechanical amusement devices as defined in Section 517.01.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
