521.13 VIOLATION OF HAZARDOUS WASTE STATUTES AND REGULATIONS PROHIBITED.
   (a)   No person shall violate Ohio R.C. Chapter 3734 or any provision of the Ohio Administrative Code adopted thereunder.
   (b)   Whoever violates Ohio R.C. Chapter 3734 or any provision of the Ohio Administrative Code adopted thereunder is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree.
