521.07 STUNT FLYING.

(a) No person, firm or corporation shall operate for the purpose of giving an exhibition, or perform any stunt flying by aeroplane or aircraft in the City.

(b) Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree. (Ord. 3-1974. Passed 1-14-74.)
