381.07 COMPLIANCE WITH COAST GUARD RULES.

Every person operating a boat in any waterway within the City shall comply with the rules and regulations of the United States Coast Guard entitled, "Rules of the Road Great Lakes", which rules and regulations are incorporated herein by reference as though specifically set forth and rewritten herein.
