373.11 SELF-PROPELLED ICE CREAM VENDING WAGONS.

Wherever in this chapter the term “bicycle” is used, such term shall be deemed to include so called ice cream vending wagons propelled by human power, the operators of which shall be subject to the same penalties for violation of the provisions of this chapter as are the operators of bicycles.
