339.14 DRIVING IN PARKS, PARKWAYS OR BOULEVARDS.
   (a)   No truck shall be operated over, upon or onto any park, parkway or boulevard except where designated by traffic signs and when delivering or calling for goods, wares or merchandise at any residence, store or other building erected upon any lot facing such park, parkway or boulevard.
   Trucks making deliveries of or calling for merchandise on any park, parkway or boulevard, shall enter and leave the park, parkway or boulevard, at the intersecting thoroughfare nearest to the point of delivery or receipt of merchandise.

   (b)   Whoever violates any provision of this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor on a first offense; on a second offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the fourth degree; on each subsequent offense within one year after the first offense, the person is guilty of a misdemeanor of the third degree.
