331.44 DRIVING ACROSS PUBLIC LANDS.
   (a)   No person shall drive or operate, or cause to be driven or operated, any motor vehicle of any type, including but not limited to motorcycles, mini-bikes, automobiles, trucks or skimobiles, over the boulevards in the public right of way and over and across the public lands owned by the City.
   This section does not apply to the use of rights of way for ingress and egress to property, or other lawful use thereof, or to Municipal property developed for public use.

   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a misdemeanor of the second degree and shall have their vehicle impounded.
