§ 32.045 ELECTION OR APPOINTMENT.
   (A)   The village shall henceforth appoint the Village Clerk, pursuant to the provisions of 65 ILCS 5/3.1-25-90, rather than elect the Village Clerk.
   (B)   The President shall appoint the Clerk with advice and consent of the Village Board.
