§ 115.03 PUBLIC NUISANCE DECLARED.

Operation of any prohibited cannabis business establishment within the Village of Oreana, Illinois in violation of the provisions of this chapter is hereby declared a public nuisance and shall be abated pursuant to all available remedies.
