(A) (1) Sites selected for mobile home development shall be well-drained and free from topographical or geological hindrances and from other conditions unfavorable to a proper residential environment. The mobile home development shall not be located near swamps, marshes or other breeding places of insects, rats and mice.
(2) When a good, natural drainage is not available, storm drainage shall be provided and such drainage shall not endanger any water supply or surface watercourse.
(B) The Village Board may authorize a site survey to ascertain that the proposed location complied with the above requirements.
