(A) Every mobile home park hereafter established in the village shall, at a minimum, conform to the requirements of:
(1) An Act to Provide for, License and Regulate Mobile Homes and Mobile Home Parks (see 210 ILCS 115/1 et seq.);
(2) Rules and Regulations for Mobile Home Parks, State Department of Public Health, Consumer Protection Division, as now or hereafter amended;
(3) This chapter; and
(4) Ch. 155 of this code of ordinances.
(B) In case of conflict between any provisions of the above, the more stringent requirement shall prevail.
