§ 151.04 STATE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC HEALTH REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY REFERENCE.
   The Manufactured Home Community Code as approved by the state’s Department of Public Health (1998) is hereby adopted by the village. The applicable provisions as they pertain to manufactured home community shall be controlling within the corporate limits.
