§ 151.03 MANUFACTURED HOUSING ACT ADOPTED.
   The state’s Manufactured Housing and Mobile Home Act, as passed and approved by the state’s General Assembly are hereby adopted by the village, the applicable provisions as they pertain to mobile homes and immobilized mobile homes shall be controlling within the village.
