§ 130.19 TOBACCO, SMOKELESS TOBACCO SALES.
   (A)   Tobacco sales to minors.
      (1)   No minor under 18 years of age shall buy any cigar, cigarette, smokeless tobacco or tobacco in any of its forms. No person shall sell, buy for, distribute samples of or furnish any cigar, cigarette, smokeless tobacco or tobacco in any of its forms, to any minor under 18 years of age.
      (2)   For the purpose of this division (A), SMOKELESS TOBACCO means any tobacco products that are suitable for dipping or chewing.

   (B)   Smokeless tobacco.
      (1)   Definition. For the purposes of this division (B), the term SMOKELESS TOBACCO means any finely cut, ground, powdered or leaf tobacco that is intended to be placed in the oral cavity.
      (2)   Sales of smokeless tobacco products to persons under 18. No person shall sell any smokeless tobacco product to any person under the age of 18.
      (3)   Distribution. No person shall distribute or cause to be distributed to any person under the age of 18, without charge or at a nominal cost, any smokeless tobacco product.
