§ 130.18 BARBED WIRE AND ELECTRIC FENCES.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to erect or maintain any electrically-charged fence or barbed wire or other such sharp, pointed fence below eight feet in height, except in an agricultural or conservation zone district.
