§ 30.32 MEMBERS; NON-ATTENDANCE AT MEETINGS.

(A) Any member of the Village Board who shall neglect or refuse to attend at least one regular and/or special Village Board meetings per month without good and sufficient reason to be passed upon by the Board shall not receive compensation for that meeting.

(B) All members shall be allowed two absences in each fiscal year for which compensation shall be paid.
