§ 112.020 CLASSIFICATION; FEE; LIMITATION.
   (A)   Every person engaged in the retail sale of alcoholic liquor in the village shall pay an annual license fee.
   (B)   There shall be three classes of licenses:
      (1)   Class A license. There is hereby created a Class A liquor license, which shall authorize retail sale of alcoholic liquor in original package for consumption off the premises. The annual fee shall be $1,200. There shall be a limit of one Class A license issued within the village at any one time;
      (2)   Class SE license. There is hereby created a Class SE liquor license which shall authorize retail sale of beer and/or wine by a special events retailer, during a special event, at a specified location, for a defined period, not to exceed 15 days per licensee per location in any 12-month period. The fee shall be $25, payable at time application for license is made; and

      (3)   Class VG license. There is hereby created a Class VG liquor license which shall incorporate the privileges of the Class A liquor license and, in addition, allow the retail sale beer and wine in its original packaging for on premises consumption. All beer and wine consumption shall be confined to the area designated for video gaming. No open containers shall be allowed outside the video gaming area. Hours for the retail sale of beer for on premises consumption shall be from 5:00 a.m. until 12:00 a.m.
