The regular stated meetings of the Village Board shall be held in the Village Hall building on the third Tuesday of each month at 6:00 p.m. unless another time has been fixed by the Board and appropriate notice thereof given. When the meeting date falls upon a legal holiday, the meeting shall be held on the following day at the same hour and place, unless otherwise designated. Adjourned and reconvened meetings may be held at such times as may be determined by the Trustees.
