(A) Each license shall be accompanied by a bond in the form approved by the Village Board in a penal amount of less than $1,000, by which the licensee guarantees compliance with the provisions of the Fireworks Use Act and State Fire Marshal regulations adopted thereunder and said bond shall be deposited with the Village Clerk.
(B) A signature bond will for the compliance with this section.
