§ 92.08 PLANTING CERTAIN TREES NEAR SEWERS PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to plant any poplar or cottonwood tree on any private property in the village, the point of the planting of which shall be within 45 feet of any public sewer, drain, or water pipe.
