§ 92.07 POISONOUS PLANTS.

It shall be unlawful for any person to plant any poison ivy or other poisonous vine or plant within this village so near any public sidewalk, street, or alley as to injuriously affect passers-by, or to permit any poisonous vine or plant to so grow in or upon any premises owned or controlled by him or her.
