§ 91.19 VEHICLES; PARKING; SPEED; MOTOR-DRIVEN VEHICLES.
   (A)   No vehicle shall be parked upon any area other than a property designated parking lot or parking area without specific permission. No vehicle shall be parked in any manner which will block in whole or in part any road, driveway or doorway.

   (B)   No person shall drive a vehicle faster than such rate as is reasonable and proper, having regard to the safety of persons and property; provided that, any rate of speed in excess of 20 mph will be deemed prima facie a dangerous and unreasonable rate of speed.

   (C)   Motor driven vehicles shall not be used in any village park, except by consent of the Village Board.
