(A) No person shall use any abusive, threatening, insulting, indecent, profane or obscene language or any other language calculated to occasion a breach of the peace nor shall any person be guilty of any indecent act. No person shall make or assist in making any improper noise, riot, disturbance, breach of peace or diversion tending to a breach of the peace or collect with other persons in bodies or crowds for unlawful purposes or for any purpose which is to the annoyance or disturbance of other persons. No person shall commit an assault and battery upon another person in the park system.

(B) All persons shall obey all reasonable orders, directions or regulations of the Village Board, its authorized representatives, park custodians and the Building Manager for the Whitmore-Oreana Community Center.
