No person or organization of any kind shall call or hold any public meeting, exhibition or entertainment of any kind on any park property unless permission is granted by an authorized representative of the village, except meetings and functions held inside the Whitmore-Oreana Community Center and authorized by said center’s Building Manager. Payment of expenses and furnishing of certificate of insurance indemnification of the village may be required.
