(A) It shall be unlawful to park a vehicle on any street at any time after a snowfall of two inches or more, unless the street has been cleared of snow, except as follows:
(1) The 200 block of West Belle Street wherein parking shall be allowed on both sides of said street on the rocked shoulder area; and/or
(2) The 200 block of West Bower Street wherein parking shall be allowed on the north side of said street on the rocked shoulder area.
(B) Violators shall have their vehicles towed away at the owner’s expense.
