SCHEDULE III. HEAVY TRUCKS.
   Trucks exceeding 20,000 gross vehicle weight shall be prohibited from using South View Street, from the point it intersects with Route 48 until the point it intersects with County Road 20/South View Street. Appropriate signs shall be erected at the aforementioned locations.
