No person in charge of or control of any property zoned residential within the village, whether as owner, tenant, occupant, lessee or otherwise shall allow more than one vehicle not displaying current state registration to remain on said property for a period in excess of 30 days at any one time. Nothing in this section is intended to permit the storage of vehicles which would otherwise be contrary to the other provisions of this code of ordinances.
