§ 70.01 STATE VEHICLE CODE; DEFINITIONS ADOPTED.

   The State Vehicle Code, 625 ILCS 5/1-100 et seq., entitled “Title and Definitions”, as passed, approved and amended by the state’s General Assembly, is hereby adopted by the village, the provisions thereof shall be controlling within the corporate limits of the village.
