The village reserves the right to determine and specify the diameter and type of pipe required to provide the service requested, and subject to the requirements of municipal authorities, its location within or without the limits of a street. The village further reserves the right to install a main larger in diameter than the main required to render the service requested, in which case, the village will pay the difference in cost.
