§ 35.10 CERTAIN INFORMATION EXEMPT FROM INSPECTION AND COPYING.

Information exempted by 5 ILCS 140/7 of the Freedom of Information Act shall be exempt from inspection and copying. If a record contains both exempt and non-exempt information, the exempt information shall be deleted and the remainder of the record made available for inspection and copying.
