§ 33.99 PENALTY.

(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.

(B) A fine of up to $1,000 per violation of §§ 33.35 through 33.45 of this chapter shall be deposited into the village’s General Revenue Account.
