§ 33.44 REVIEW.
   A Commission’s decision to dismiss a complaint or its recommendation is not a final administrative decision, but its imposition of a fine is a final administration decision subject to judicial review under the Administrative Review Law of the Code of Civil Procedure, 735 ILCS 5/3-101 et seq.
