The Clerk shall refer the application to the Police Chief or designee for review and if the Police Chief or designee finds the application is completed in conformance with the requirements of this chapter, and the facts stated therein are found to be correct, the Police Chief or designee shall recommend to the Clerk to issue the license. Upon payment of the license fee, the Clerk shall issue a license immediately.
