Upon receipt of an application for a license, the City Clerk shall forward the application to all City departments who shall review the application with respect to their duties and responsibilities. Each department shall, upon completion of their review and investigation, submit to the Clerk, within seven days of the City’s receipt of the application, a written report outlining their review and investigation and recommendation on the issuance of a license.
