1383.02 CONSTRUCTION SPECIFICATIONS AND PERMITTED MATERIALS.

Drive Aprons and Driveways in the U-1 and U-lA Zoning Districts shall be constructed with materials and in accordance with construction specifications drafted by the Village Engineer and approved by the Mayor, as amended from time to time. A record of approved materials and construction specifications shall be maintained on file in the Building Department and posted on the Village's website. (Ord. 2016-4. Passed 3-9-16.)
