(a) "Drive Apron" shall mean a paved structure constructed across a public right-of-way which connects a street, roadway or sidewalk to a private drive.
(b) "Driveway" shall mean a private paved portion of a yard from the street to the house, garage, or other building which allows for access to a building or location where cars can be parked. (Ord. 2016-4. Passed 3-9-16.)
