1379.01 PERMIT FEE AND BOND.
   In order to provide for proper drainage in the Village, whoever (contractor or property owner) provides landscape grading services for new or existing residential dwellings, or proposes to change the structure footprint of the subject property, including subdivisions, shall pay a permit fee of one hundred dollars ($100.00) per lot to be graded, and post a cash bond in the amount of five hundred dollars ($500.00) for each new residential dwelling, and one hundred dollars ($100.00) for each existing residential dwelling to insure that the finished grade is in accordance with the approved plans.
