Violation of any provision of this chapter shall constitute a fourth degree misdemeanor punishable by a fine of not more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) or imprisonment not more than thirty days or both per day per occurrence. Nothing herein shall prevent the Village from taking such other lawful action as is necessary to prevent or remedy any violations. Replacement shall also be required.
