1373.01 GENERAL REQUIREMENTS.

The owner of each new and existing dwelling or dwelling unit in the Village shall install and maintain smoke detectors as provided in this chapter. The owner of each new and existing dwelling or dwelling unit in the Village shall install and maintain carbon monoxide (CO) detectors as provided in this chapter. (Ord. 2008-23. Passed 12-10-08.)
